We listened to our members and have added more classes for women. Our  Women’s Class is now Monday through Friday at 9:00. This should be a more convienent time for Moms; you can come in after the kids leave for school. As a special “Back to School” offer - we are offering three months of  kettlebell training for ONLY $345 ($115 per month).
